Shipping Policy

Products are expected to be ready to ship within 3-7 (three- seven) business days after payment has been received. In the event there is a delay in shipping, and the estimated shipment and/or release date of the product is not met, Victory Products is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor will Victory Products be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. All shipments under Victory Products accounts are shipped with insurance by default.

The business days for shipping excludes holidays and weekends. Upon a shipment leaving the warehouse, risk of loss or damage to products in transit will fall upon carrier, and Victory Products will not be held liable for any damages to the products that occur in transit, including but not limited to carton or exterior packaging damages (see damages below).

· We ship within the United States. (Except Hawaii and Alaska)

· Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on the most efficient and cost-effective options unless otherwise requested by the customer.

· All shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

· Victory Products LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

Damage

We take great care in packaging and inspecting items before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged:

please have the driver note on the bill of lading that there were X number of damaged packages. Once that is done, please take pictures of the damaged packages, and email them to us. We will then process a claim with the carrier, once the claim is approved. We will ship out a replacement for the damaged product or credit to your account.

· You must notify us within 2 business days of delivery.

· Claims submitted after 2 business days will not be accepted.
