Incorrect Items
If the items delivered to you are incorrect, please contact our sales team via e-mail sales@victory-product.com immediately.
- Include your order number and items specifications .
- After the review of your request, and if approved, we will send you return label for the incorrect merchandise.
1. You must submit a request within three (3) days after receiving your package(s).
2. You MAY NOT return your merchandise without our approval.
Upon receiving incorrect items, we will ship the correct items.
Defective and Damaged Items
If the items delivered to you are defective or damaged, please contact our sales team via e-mail sales@victory-product.com immediately. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged items.
After the review of your report, and if approved we will refund you the amount of defective or damaged merchandise or replace items.
